June 5, 2007 - Senator Rhoades receives the Pennsylvania Industries for the Blind & Handicapped (PIBH) Legislator of the Year Award at the Radisson Penn Harris Hotel, Camp Hill.  With Senator Rhoades is Mark Steward of Mahanoy City, who received the Nettie Mann Achievement Award Honorable Mention for his work at Schuylkill Cartridge King.
